[Clients I work best with]
I work best with current and emerging leaders who are ambitious, self‑aware, and hungry to grow not only for their own success but for impact beyond themselves. They value humility and meta‑thinking, and genuinely welcome feedback as a catalyst for better decisions. As an INTP, I’m an attentive listener who invests in observation and analysis. I’m a good fit for people who prefer clear thinking, structured reflection, and calm, honest conversations over emotionally catered interactions. My communication is encouraging, respectful, and gentle, but also direct and explicit as necessary, so there is no need to read between the lines.

Admitted to Wharton & CBS: The Value Behind Every Admit Wasn't an Essay - It Was Excavation

I’ll be honest. I was skeptical. Like many analytically-minded applicants from finance and CorpDev backgrounds, I initially questioned whether a consultant was worth the investment in the age of AI. I had spent ~5 years in finance. I knew how to build a deck, structure an argument, and do my research. I thought I could figure this out. I was wrong, and I’m glad I was.
After over a year of working with Ginny, I received admission offers from Wharton, CBS, and HKS. But more than the outcomes, what I want to share with high-caliber applicants who are genuinely on the fence is what Ginny actually does, because it’s not what you think.

1. She doesn’t polish your story. She excavates it.
This was the most surprising and, frankly, the most valuable part of working with Ginny. Long before we touched a single essay, she helped me surface a version of myself I hadn’t fully articulated, even to myself. Through consistent, probing conversations over many months, she identified patterns in my career trajectory, instincts, and values that I had taken for granted or overlooked entirely.
This is where AI fundamentally fails. A language model can refine your prose and structure your arguments, but it cannot look at the sum of your experiences and tell you what your actual potential signal is to an admissions committee. Ginny does this with a rare combination of psychological intuition and professional pattern recognition built from years in executive search and HR strategy at places like Heidrick & Struggles and Samsung. The essays that ultimately got me in were built on this foundation: not clever wordsmithing, but genuine self-clarity that I could not have reached alone.

2. She has lived what she’s advising.
Many consultants advise on MBA admissions without having an MBA themselves. Ginny holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford GSB, the very institutions she helps clients target. This matters more than it sounds. When she told me how a particular essay prompt is actually read inside a top program, or why a certain narrative would resonate with a specific school’s culture, she was drawing on direct, embodied experience, not secondhand research or surface-level familiarity. That perspective shaped my school list strategy and fundamentally changed the direction of several essays.

3. Comprehensive doesn’t begin to cover it.
Ginny does not stop at essays. She ran countless mock interviews with me, not surface-level practice runs, but granular, structured debriefs that identified precise gaps in my delivery, logic, and presence. This mattered enormously in my case: my academic credentials were below average for the programs I was targeting, which meant my interviews had to be exceptional. They were, in large part because of the depth of preparation Ginny demanded.
To the high-bar applicant doing their due diligence:
If you’re the type to read every P&Q thread, benchmark every consultant, and run every scenario before making a decision, you’ll recognize what I’m describing. Ginny is not a service you use to outsource your application. She is a thought partner who raises your ceiling, holds you accountable, and helps you figure out what you’re actually made of. That’s not a deliverable. That’s a process. And it’s one that, for me, translated from near-resignation to three top-tier admissions offers.

If you’re serious about your candidacy, I don’t just recommend Ginny. I’d say working with her is among the highest-ROI decisions I made in this entire process.

Highly Recommend Ginny (Accepted To Kellogg, Duke, Darden, Foster With 56k)

Ginny is the best coach I could have ever asked for. I genuinely loved working with her throughout my MBA journey.

What impressed me most was how she helped me untangle and structure the stories I struggled with the most. Rather than simply helping me with the essays, she worked with me to identify which stories truly mattered, what to emphasize, and why. Throughout the process, she supported me like a mentor, standing right next to me, not just focusing on essays.

Even before we got into the essays, Ginny coached me on how to strategically approach each school. She guided me on how to communicate with each admissions office, how to signal genuine interest and loyalty, and advised me using real insider intel on how different schools evaluate candidates. This made the entire process feel intentional and grounded, rather than reactive.

From the start, everything was well organized, with a clear process and diverse resources that helped strengthen my experiences and stories. Through this, I was able to reflect deeply on my background and rediscover narratives I would not have identified on my own. She brought immense strategic thought partner value to the process.

Ginny also went far beyond admissions. She actively coached me on my post-MBA goals, helping me think through not just getting admitted, but how my MBA would connect to my post-MBA role and long-term career trajectory. I truly believe she is a top-tier coach who mentors across the full arc of a candidate’s career, not just during the application. Because of her guidance, I was able to clarify my post-MBA direction with much greater conviction and, based on that clarity, gain admission to schools that were genuinely the right fit for me.

Another one of her standout strengths is her holistic review mindset in the eyes of the actual assessor. She consistently demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and subtle/minor nuance detection, catching things I easily missed when writing essays on my own. She reviews everything from the overall application narrative to the smallest details, and her feedback improved not just individual essays but the coherence of my entire application.

Even after admissions decisions were released, Ginny continued to support me by helping with scholarship negotiations and school-selection strategy. Her approach was truly a shoot from all angles execution, ensuring that no opportunity was left unexplored.

Before working with her, I viewed the U.S. MBA admissions process as highly random and uncertain. Ginny, backed by deep experience and her GSB MBA background, brought clarity, structure, and a strong sense of confidence to an otherwise stressful process.

Ginny is not just a consultant, but a career mentor and a coach. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants thoughtful, strategic, and deeply committed guidance throughout the MBA journey.

A Mentor, Not Just a Coach (Accepted to Stanford GSB)

From our very first meeting, Ginny left a strong impression on me. Even before I had fully explained my situation, she quickly grasped where I was coming from and what I needed. She helped me map out a realistic admissions timeline that could actually work alongside my full-time job, and more importantly, she made me feel that this was something I could realistically pull off. That early sense of confidence carried me through the entire process. She was also very thoughtful in how she managed my schedule, paying close attention to details in a way that made the process feel much more manageable. As a GSB alumna, she clearly understood what Stanford looks for, and at the same time, she stayed up to date on admissions trends. That combination made her advice both grounded and practical. What I found most valuable was her approach to essays. Rather than just helping me “write better,” she pushed me to think more deeply about what each school was actually trying to understand about me. From there, she helped shape a clearer and more coherent story. Without her, I think my application could have felt somewhat scattered or fairly average. With her guidance, it became much more intentional and differentiated. Beyond the work itself, what really stayed with me was how she treated me throughout the process. She didn’t see me as just another applicant, but as someone she genuinely wanted to support. In that sense, she felt more like a mentor than a consultant. I recommend Ginny with complete confidence.

Mock Interview Session With Ginny Made a Decisive Difference

I worked with Ginny for a single HBS mock interview session, and even though it was just one session, I genuinely believe it was one of the biggest factors behind my admission to Harvard Business School.

What stood out immediately was the quality of her mock interview questions. The session was clearly designed to maximize impact within a limited amount of time. The mix of question types and difficulty level felt extremely thoughtful and realistic, and it pushed me to think in exactly the way I needed to for the actual HBS interview. Out of all the mock interviews I did during the process, Ginny’s was one of the most effective and practical.

What impressed me even more was the quality and depth of her feedback. Her verbal feedback during and after the session was already excellent, but she also followed up with detailed written feedback that I could revisit on my own. In addition, she sent several likely follow-up questions for further practice. That combination of high-quality live coaching and text-based follow-up made a huge difference for me.

I reviewed her feedback repeatedly in the days leading up to my interview, and I truly believe it helped raise my performance to an admit-worthy level. Ginny was sharp, structured, and incredibly effective in identifying exactly what needed to improve. Even in a one-time session, she delivered the kind of insight and practical guidance that can materially change an outcome.

I would strongly recommend Ginny to anyone preparing for a high-stakes MBA interview, especially for HBS.

UM Ross MBA Class of '28

Berkeley Haas MBA Class of '28

Admitted to UM Ross w/ Honors and Merit Scholarships from UT Austin McCombs/Emory Goizueta/Georgetown McDonough

I worked with Ginny throughout my MBA application process, and I was admitted to the MBA programs at Michigan, UT Austin, Emory, Georgetown, and Vanderbilt. To put it simply, I highly recommend her.

I spoke with several other admissions consulting firms, and in most cases, the first feedback I received was, “You need to raise your GMAT score.” Of course, the GMAT is important. However, in my view, if an applicant already has a very high GMAT score, there may be less need for a consultant in the first place. The real value of an admissions consultant lies in helping applicants build a successful strategy even when their numbers are not perfect. Rather than focusing only on my test score, Ginny took the time to understand my strengths and professional background in depth, and she helped me reflect those strength qualities as effectively as possible throughout my application.

The second thing that stood out to me was the speed and quality of her feedback. She strictly caps her pool and only works with a limited number of applicants each round, which allows her to manage each person’s schedule and progress very carefully. During the MBA application process, there are many moments when you need quick judgment and timely advice. Even during the busiest part of the season, she responded to my emails with an impressive level of speed and detail. As someone who was balancing a demanding full-time job with applications, this was incredibly valuable.

The third reason I would strongly recommend her is that she truly thinks from the applicant’s perspective. Before we even began the consulting process, she asked detailed questions about my background and carefully kept track of even small details. Once the application process started, she provided thoughtful guidance on every part of the process, including essay topics, story development, and interview preparation. She understood my profile so thoroughly that at times it felt like she knew my story even better than I did. Her mock interviews were probably the most nerve-racking part of the process for me, but they also became one of the most helpful. Because of that preparation, I was actually much more comfortable during the real interviews. Instead of typical storytelling alone, she structured my MBA narrative with the eye level analytical rigor I use in multi-billion-dollar institutional finance based on contextual understanding. I am confident she can serve as a high-level strategic sounding board for professionals of various professional scope, complexity, and caliber.

Since I was managing my applications while working full-time, I truly believe it would have been very difficult for me to gain admission to top MBA programs without her support. From Round 1 preparation in July 2025 to scholarship negotiations in April 2026, she supported me with sincerity, dedication, and care throughout the entire process. I was extremely satisfied not only with the results, but also with the overall experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone preparing for MBA admissions.

Berkeley Haas MBA Class of '28

Accepted To Haas, Yale, Duke With Scholarship

I worked with Ginny for my MBA applications and was admitted to Haas, Yale SOM and Duke Fuqua with a scholarship.

At the beginning of the process, I was honestly very unsure of myself.
I had a lower-than-average GPA, relatively weak English test scores, and over ten years of work experience. I often wondered if I was aiming too high.

Ginny supported me through an extremely intense timeline. We prepared applications for four schools in about three weeks. What impressed me most was her ability to find one clear message across my background. My career included different roles and departments, and it could have looked scattered. Ginny helped turn it into a focused story with a strong direction. I believe this was the key reason I was able to overcome my quantitative weaknesses. I even shared my essays with a friend who already completed an MBA, and they said the message was clear and genuinely moving.

Working with Ginny, I was most impressed by her sincerity, consistency, and dedication. As we worked on multiple schools, she often suggested revisiting essays we had already finished when she saw a better way to express my story. Every part of my application, including essays, resume, and positioning, was carefully aligned to reflect who I am as a person. She truly understood me as a whole and helped present that clearly.

Waiting for interview invitations and final decisions was emotionally difficult. I did not have many people around me going through the same process. Still, I never felt alone because Ginny stayed closely connected and supportive throughout. She helped far beyond essays, including information sessions, useful events, video essay preparation, interview guidance, and follow-up steps. Her support covered the entire application journey.

When I received my admission results, Ginny was the first person I wanted to tell outside my family. Choosing to work with her was one of the best decisions I made during this process. She is more than an admissions consultant. She is someone who genuinely cares about her clients’ careers and long-term futures.

Your Strategic Compass for MBA & Masters Admissions

My journey with Ginny Park, which began in January 2026, has been nothing short of transformative. Thanks to her thoughtful and meticulous guidance, I am thrilled to have received admission offers from both London Business School (LBS) and the University of Cambridge for their Master of Finance programs.

What sets Ginny apart is her ability to move beyond a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. She didn’t treat me as just another applicant; instead, she took the time to deeply understand my unique professional background and my personal aspirations. Her guidance was precisely tailored to highlight my strengths and potential, making a complex application process feel seamless and manageable.

For anyone who feels lost in the pursuit of an MBA or a specialized Master’s degree to level up their career, I cannot recommend Ginny Park highly enough. She is not just an advisor, but a strategic partner who empowers you to find your own path and achieve your highest goals.

The Best MBA Consultant (Admitted to Yale & More with $128K in Total Scholarships)

Working with Ginny was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA application process. From our first meeting, she brought a high level of preparation and a clear strategic direction that turned what initially felt like a daunting process into a manageable and ultimately successful one.

What truly set Ginny apart was her ability to think beyond the surface level of the application process. Rather than simply helping me prepare materials, she helped me understand how admissions committees evaluate candidates. She guided me in positioning my public-sector finance background in a way that felt both authentic and aligned with each program’s values.

This made the biggest difference in my essays. Instead of just refining drafts, she pushed me to identify the most meaningful parts of my experience and shape them into clear, focused narratives. Her ability to distill complex experiences into a compelling story significantly strengthened the overall quality of my applications.

In Korea, many applicants work with large consulting firms, and I had heard mixed experiences, particularly around limited personalization. In contrast, Ginny was deeply involved throughout the entire process. The level of attention, rigor, and ownership she demonstrated is not easy to find.

Results:

Admitted: Yale SOM, Emory (Goizueta), Georgetown (McDonough), USC (Marshall), University of Washington (Foster), Vanderbilt (Owen)
Scholarships: $40K (Emory), $40K (Georgetown), $48K (UW) — Total $128K

I would strongly recommend Ginny to anyone pursuing an MBA, especially those looking for a consultant who combines expertise with genuine commitment.

Accepted To Georgetown Early Action With Scholarship

I was admitted to the Georgetown McDonough MBA program in the Early Action round with a merit scholarship, and I can confidently say that working with Ginny Park made a decisive difference in my success.

From the very beginning, Ginny brought structure and clarity to what could have been an overwhelming process. Her strategic approach helped me prioritize my tasks, refine my goals, and significantly reduce the stress and time usually involved in preparing multiple applications.

What truly set her apart was her remarkable attention to detail and deep understanding of each school’s culture. Ginny helped me highlight aspects of my professional story that genuinely resonated with Georgetown’s mission and community. Her feedback on essays and mock interviews was not only specific but also thoughtfully personalized, ensuring every part of my application conveyed authenticity and coherence.

Beyond the essays and interviews, Ginny’s support extended to every stage of the process. She guided me on how to communicate effectively with the admissions office, manage timing and tone in follow-up messages, and even helped troubleshoot last-minute technical issues on the application system. I always felt that she was fully invested in my success and available whenever I needed advice.

Ginny combines strategic acumen with genuine care—a rare and powerful combination in MBA consulting. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking not just a consultant, but a true partner in their MBA journey.
