1:1 커스텀 코칭 패키지 서비스 (대표가 원서 전과정 밀착 관리)

선결제 원칙: 입금 후 서비스 개시

환불 정책

• 서비스 개시 전: 전액 환불
• 전략 세션 이후, 에세이 초안 1회 제공된 경우: 50% 환불
•  전체 작업 50% 이상 진행 후: 환불 불가
•  단, 컨설턴트의 명백한 미이행 (무연락, 납기 미준수 등) 발생 시 전액 환불

Hourly Coaching 서비스 (대표와 직접 작업)

 선불 충전 방식: 5시간 패키지 선 결제 후, 요청 건 별 소요 시간 차감

 추가 충전: 패키지 소진 후 동일 요율로 1시간 단위 충전 가능

 사용 방식

•  라이브 세션: 회당 1시간 (Zoom/Google Meet 등)
•  비동기 작업: 에세이 리뷰(약 0.5–1시간 소요), 전략 피드백 등 Time log 기준 차감

 환불 정책

•  서비스 개시 전: 전액 환불
•  1회 이상 작업 진행 후: 남은 시간 기준 비례 환불
•  세션 당일 취소·노쇼: 해당 시간 100% 차감

협업, 보안, 및 납기 원칙

•  비동기 작업(에세이 피드백, 문서 검토 등): 요청 수령 후 영업일 기준 2일 이내 제공을 원칙으로 합니다.
• 인터뷰/전략 라이브 세션: 최소 24시간 전 예약 필요
• 마감일이 임박한 긴급 요청은 협의 후 가능 여부를 안내드리며,  제한될 수 있습니다.
• 패키지 서비스의 경우, 최종본 제출은 지원 마감일 최소 3영업일 전까지 완료될 수 있도록 클라이언트의 협조가 필요합니다.
• 기본적으로 Google Drive 기반 공동작업을 통해 실시간 확인·수정이 가능합니다.
• 고객 요청 시 Notion, 혹은 보안 강화를 위한 Proton Drive  등 대체 플랫폼도 지원합니다. 
• 컨설팅 사이클 종료 후 모든 자료는 안전하게 폐기되며, 고객 동의 없이 제3자와 공유되는 일은 절대 없습니다.

세션 운영

• 기본적으로는 비대면(온라인) 세션을 원칙으로 하나, 고객 요청 시 전략 세션·인터뷰 코칭 일부를 대면 세션 으로 진행할 수 있습니다.

Payment Policy

- Service begins after payment is received (prepayment required).

Refund Policy
- Before service begins: Full refund
- After the strategy session and delivery of the first essay draft: 50% refund
- After more than 50% of the total work has been completed: Non-refundable
- In the event of consultant misconduct (e.g., lack of communication, missed deadlines), a full refund will be issued.

Hourly Coaching Service: Direct collaboration with the head coach Ginny Park

Payment Method
- Prepaid system: Purchase a 5-hour package; time is deducted per task request.
- Additional hours: Can be purchased in 1-hour increments at the same rate once the package is used up.

Usage Guidelines
- Live sessions: 1 hour per session (via Zoom/Google Meet, etc.)
- Asynchronous work: Essay reviews (approx. 0.5–1 hour per task), strategic feedback, etc., are logged and deducted based on actual time used.

Refund Policy
- Before service begins: Full refund
- After any service has started: Partial refund based on remaining hours
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the reserved time is deducted

Collaboration, Security & Delivery Policy
- Asynchronous tasks (essay feedback, document review, etc.) are typically completed within 2 business days after request receipt.
- Live sessions (interview/strategy) must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Urgent requests close to deadlines may be accommodated upon consultation but are subject to availability.
- For package clients, final deliverables should be completed at least 3 business days before the school deadline; client cooperation is required.
- Real-time collaboration is supported through Google Drive.
- Upon request, Notion or Proton Drive may be used for enhanced privacy or alternative workflow.
- All documents are securely deleted after the consulting cycle and never shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

Session Format
- All sessions are conducted online by default.
- However, in-person sessions (for strategy or interview coaching) can be arranged upon request.
